Description:This 60,000 gsf multi-purpose facility includes a theater, ballroom, kitchen facility, classrooms, administrative offices, galleries and paseo.  It is made up of two buildings with a connecting terrace.  One building consists of a 500 seat theater, a conference gallery which can be separated into smaller areas, elevators  and a dance studio. The Administration Building has a studio/gallery, three teaching studios and offices.

    Description:This 47,000 gsf Convention Center is attached to a privately-owned upscale hotel (Marriott). The Center offers over 21,000 sf of meeting space including a 16,200 sf ballroom, five corporate meeting rooms  and a 2,000 sf pre-function lounge.  It also includes a large commercial kitchen and $500,000 of kitchen equipment for use in serving four different menus simultaneously.
