| Description: | Design and new construction of this recreation complex was completed in 1980 for the La Junta School District. The new facility included wrestling room, weight lifting room and storage, gymnasium, swimming pool with boys and girls locker rooms, training rooms, storage and offices. A new 25,000 gsf reroof was done in 1993 at a construction cost of $84,450. New roofing covered the entire gym with partial re-roof of lobby and wrestling rooms. | |

Project included construction of a new synthetic turf field located next to the existing CSU-Pueblo Child Care Center. It involved cut/fill, base course, perimeter curb, and drainage; new field lighting; a perimeter walk path around the field; and new water line for periodic washing and cleaning. | |
