Architectural and engineering services were provided for the renovation of GOAL Academy’s Administration Campus, including a partial remodel of the existing 21,000-square-foot office/medical building at 27 Montebello Road, a full remodel of the 13,000-square-foot building at 25 Montebello Road, and integration of the existing parking areas with the adjacent Administration Campus.

The project was designed to create a modern, energy-efficient, and sustainable environment that supports collaboration, comfort, and the evolving needs of the Academy’s administrative staff. Program elements include a board room, training center, offices, collaboration areas, breakroom and kitchen spaces, warehouse and storage, technology and workbench areas, and digital media spaces.

Services included schematic design, design development, construction documents, code analysis, architectural and limited civil/structural design, and four Revit/Enscape renderings. MEP and structural engineering services were provided by Bridgers & Paxton and Valentine Engineering.
