Renovation and modification of 10,861 square feet of an existing facility to create family and youth primary care and behavioral health clinics. The project included administrative offices, exam and counseling rooms, therapy and group spaces, support areas, and a small no-stock pharmacy.

Building upgrades included modifications to mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, lighting, controls, and electrical systems. The existing dining hall was also renovated to accommodate offices and upgraded restroom facilities. Minor exterior improvements included new windows, soffits, fascia, gutters, and downspouts.
