HARP Boathouse Visitor Center

This is a multi-use, 2085 sf facility serves as a Visitor Center for the HARP Riverwalk. It was designed to fit within the aesthetics of the surrounding Historic District. The building contains three levels of operation:

• The river level (600 sf) which contains office space and ticket sales for the riverwalk boat operations;
• The street level (760 sf) which contains an elevator vestibule for handicap accessibility to the river level and public restroom facilities located on the upper level.
• The upper level (725 sf) contains an observation deck that encompasses the perimeter of the building allowing people to enjoy the surrounding views of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk.
