2nd phase of new construction to replace former 1952 Sangre de Cristo public housing development. New construction of 12 individual buildings with a total of 51 energy star rated homes. These units consist of one, two and three-bedroom units that will be built in the northeast quadrant of the existing site on 5.85 acres.
