First full renovation of Pueblo City Hall in its 93 year history. This 25,600 gsf renovation included new finishes, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical to all 3 floors, incorporating code issues and jurisdictional ADA mandates for accessibility. Office spaces included a new Public Council Chambers to seat 130+ people, Executive Chambers for Council which doubles as the Law Department Conference Room, Television Control Room, Work Session Meeting Rooms, City Attorney’s Office, Assistant City Attorney Offices, Paralegal Office, Finance Department Offices, City Manager Administration Offices, City Clerk Office, City Sales Tax Office, new restrooms, storage rooms, and mechanical/electrical workrooms.
