Project Info

Design of an approximately 5,000 gsf Wellness Center addition and 4,000 gsf administration addition. Project included a 35,000 gsf new concrete parking lot and fire lane driveway. Wellness center was made up of a multi-purpose room, exercise equipment room, hydro-therapy pool, boardroom, catering kitchen, and toilet/shower rooms. The administration addition included 14 offices, two executive offices, conference room, central work area, toilet and janitor rooms.
