This was an addition and remodel of a 36,000 sf dealership building consisting of three showrooms and display areas for Indian Motorcycles, Polaris, Honda, KTM Motorcycles, URAL sidecar motorcycles and the Vanderhall three-wheel autocycles. The lavish Indian Motorcycle showroom includes a sitting lounge and the main dressing room area is designed in the theme of a vintage 1930s gas station that features color schemes and signs from the period including refurbished antique lighting, display gas pumps, and a soda machine from the era. The service department includes a state-of-the art mechanics’ garage including automated lifts for vehicles and exhaust removal hose system to keep the indoor air clean. The approximate 6,000 sf mezzanine features an area for display of museum-quality motorcycles, administrative offices and a large employee break room. A large attached storage warehouse and parts supply room allows a large inventory of vehicles and equipment for the entire facility.
