On any form of construction, HGF Architects, Inc. regularly reviews project on-site in its clients’ interests, to assure that payment requests and progress match production, schedules, and contract requirements, while comparing actual costs with final projected costs to allow a client good fiscal management of his project budget.
As project requirements shift to the closeout records of equipment installation used for Investment Tax Credits, appraisals, auditing, and record-drawings, HGF Architects, Inc. continues to expedite the project by systematically routing the flow of information, as well as providing continuity in acquiring warranty and maintenance services.
