Description: | HGF Architects, Inc. started working with the El Pueblo Boys Ranch in 1987 with an interior remodel of the Main Facility, and continued to work on Master Planning and the subsequent development of the Campus as it is today. Description: | Phase I This project, located at 3600 Baltimore Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado consisted of construction of seven (7) four-plex buildings containing (6) handicap accessible three-bedroom units and (22) two story three-bedroom units. The work included extensive site development, detention and drainage, site utilities, new paved parking, and complete landscaping on a three acre undeveloped site. Phase IIThis project consisted of site development, drainage, grading, utilities, paving, and construction of six (6) six-plex buildings in the Baltimore Complex. Phase IIIThis project consisted of site development, drainage, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and construction of twelve duplex buildings (24 two-bedroom units) located in the Baltimore Complex. The two-bedroom, 1000 sf units will house 24 disabled individuals/families. Phase IVThis affordable housing project consists of 12 units of new housing located south of Baltimore Place. This project consisted of construction of three four-plexes, eight of which are two-story and two of which are handicap accessible; site development, drainage, grading, utilities, paving and landscaping. All of the new units have two bedrooms with many amenities. These large units will house individuals with developmental disabilities from CBE and other families with low to moderate income. | |
